Escape to Huerta de Lleida
La Cristaleria Sports Association is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to promoting projects of social economy. Through sport, leisure and professional activity, they contribute to the social and vocational insertion of young people at risk of exclusion.
La Cristaleria's most recent project involves working on an organically farmed agricultural plot. Providing a response to the most basic needs of the young people who form part of their programmes, they train them professionally in a vocation which, due to its entrenchment in Lleida, could help improve these young people's occupational futures.
The high social value of their project makes it quite special, as they make young people with social and educational conflicts the protagonists of their own lives through a series of activities which strengthen their sense of self-esteem and community belonging.
