Space located inside the modernist building of the Teatre Municipal de l'Escorxador intended mainly for live music. With a stable program of jazz, folk, songwriting, pop and rock concerts, it has established itself as a leading reference in popular music in the West. We can also find poetry recitals, literary presentations, exhibitions and audiovisual projections.
Architecturally, it is necessary to emphasize the impressive cupola with the typical tile pairing of the modernist architecture.
Apart from the performances and events, the Cafè del Teatre opens its doors as a meeting and leisure space with bar service during the week.
