Balasch houses

Set of three residential and commercial buildings in the modernist style built in 1914 - Cultural Property of Local Interest (BCIL)

A group of three buildings de­sig­ned by Morera in 1914, with ga­lleried windows extending over two floors. Particularly outs­tan­ding are the use of marble, the stucco flowers and the car­pen­try details.

Remarks
  • Access without difficulties. The houses are located on Rambla d'Aragó street, articulating the corner with Bisbe Messeguer street.
  • Outdoor guided tour during the La Lleida Modernista panoramaic route.
