Mas Blanch i Jové is an authentic family winery open since 2006 and designed by the painter, draftsman and engraver Josep Guinovart (1927-2007). Located in Les Garrigues, it produces organic and mountain oils and wines from its 25 hectares located at 700m above sea level. Therefore, their wines are bottled in the territory characterized by being clayey - calcareous, poor in organic matter, under a Mediterranean climate of continental air with low rainfall. The production per hectare does not exceed 3.500 Kg., which leads to obtaining the maximum concentration of sugars and polyphenols.

It is also a winery that respects the environment since more than 99% of the electricity it uses is solar, being one of the pioneer wineries in the State in the production of renewable energy. In addition, the outer walls are covered with large stones extracts from the same terrain.

The main range of wines is called Saó, a concept that speaks of the earth and means: maturity, perfection and optimal degree of humidity. And also the Troballes range, bold and fresh wines. The wines fermentation is spontaneous with their own indigenous yeasts where, for example, the white Troballes are aged in cement eggs and granite eggs, and the reds in french and american oak amphorae, eggs and barrels.

Thanks to Breakfast at the Cellar, one of the many activities offered by Mas Blanch i Jové, they won the outstanding Vinari Award 2022 for Best Wine Tourism Visit and Tasting Experience. Also worth noting is the 2023 Wine Tourism Innovation award from the national newspaper La Vanguardia for the La vinya dels Artistes project. An excellent opportunity to take a walk among vineyards and works of art with a typical Les Garrigues breakfast.
