In the great middle of Horta de Lleida, is located what many consider to be the restaurant of the city of Lleida, La Dolceta. Joan Farrés, from Barcelona, and Eduard Trepat, from Tàrrega, are the owners since 2009.

Local and unpretentious cuisine, here are some of the best seasonal dishes such as the ember-baked calçots (shallots) and artichokes. But the anchovies are also of the highest quality, the tomatoes have natural flavor, and the delicious snails a la gormada, slowly cooked, are the emblematic dishes of La Dolceta.

Artisan production and the products of the land make up the personal stamp of this restaurant, where there is an option for each customer during the day and night. In addition, the Dolcevita Terraza is the perfect space in the summer months to enjoy intimate dinners in the middle of nature with the Seu Vella cathedral in the background.
