The Solé family, headed by Josep Solé, loves the land and its olive farm very much. Thus, they have created the company Mon Ermitage from where they produce extra virgin olive oil and innovate in the production chain. From the Arbequina olive, a native variety of the Lleida Lands area, they adapt to ecology and sustainability by generating biodynamic oils. In addition, it is one of the few olive oil producing companies that have as its objective the differential packaging with the commitment of Zero Plastic.

Mon Ermitage's experience and relationship with the hospitality industry and with different chefs have opened the door to events where oils are the protagonists, such as cooking workshops, pairings or simply tasting oils. Its oils have been awarded by ESAO Awards, such as the best extra virgin olive oils, with the First Producer Award of Catalonia 2017/18 and also in 2018/19. They have also received recognition from Lleida City Council for their involvement in social action projects in the 2018 Solidarity Company Award.

It should be noted that they have a physical and online farm shop, a fact that places them in the line of farms that can be visited with tourist interest in L'Horta de Lleida.
