The restaurant of the Parador of Lleida, called El Aplec, is located in the former church of the monumental complex with its corresponding annexed chapels that are used in case of greater intimicy. Baroque-style building (1830) devotes its gastronomy to Catalan cuisine.
However, the specialities they offer show their firm commitment to sustainability by employing products and recipes from the Horta de Lleida and Terres de Lleida (Lands of Lleida). Snails, gutters, cod, sausages or cheeses paired with wines from the D.O. Costers del Segre are just a few examples of the El Aplec menu of the Parador of Lleida.
