This is one of the city’s most undiscovered spaces. Located on the southern periphery of Lleida, its views over the city, the Segre River and the farmland are certainly privileged. Not in vain did the Templars build one of the order’s most important castles there in the 12th century.
Today, it is possible to visit the building’s remains, with access to its roof and the museum representation of the daily life which went on there when it served as a leading military stronghold.
